Donny Nichols started his Automotive career with County Motor Parts Co. in 1984 as a stocking assistant while he was attending school. Soon after, he moved into a new role as a counter sales employee in El Cajon, CA. He learned the business quickly and began running stores across California and Arizona.

After his extensive career with County Motor Parts Co. Donny had the opportunity to purchase his first group of stores on his own in 2021 and Triple H Parts Supply Inc. was born. Triple H Parts Supply, named for Donny's three daughters Hannah, Hayley, and Harmony, is currently a three store independently owned NAPA Auto Parts group with locations in Lake Havasu, Parker, and Blythe, CA.
